KEY MANAGEMENT STAFF

Our team

Our dynamic executive and delivery team offers 40 years of expertise gained across the strata and property sectors. Havencab Property Group currently service a portfolio worth over $40 billion employing over 500 staff.

Founders

Havencab Property Group was established in 1990 by Hungarian migrants Ferenc & Susana Boross. Fleeing Hungary’s communist regime in utmost secrecy, they arrived in Australia in 1979 with children Frank & Susan.
Establishing themselves in Sydney, Ferenc & Susana found employment and within two years purchased a family home. Susana was employed by a subsidiary of Specialty Fashion Group, and to make ends meet Ferenc would clean their premises after hours. When SFG relocated to a larger facility, Ferenc secured the contract with a simple handshake and Havencab was born.
This initial cleaning contract continued for 33 years, and Havencab proudly count numerous client relationships exceeding one, two and three decades of service. Today, Frank and Susan occupy executive positions within the Group, delivering continued growth for this second-generation family business.

Community & Giving Back

Making an Impact
Beyond the Buildings We Serve.

At Havencab, care extends well beyond our day-to-day work. We believe that strong businesses have a responsibility to give back — to support the communities, charities, and causes that make a real difference in people’s lives.

This year, our goal is to raise $200,000 for the Kinghorn Cancer Centre, supporting vital research that brings hope to thousands of Australian families. Through charity events, team fundraisers, and direct donations, we’re proud to stand together for something bigger than ourselves.

Our people drive this purpose.
Every site, every team, and every individual contributes — whether it’s volunteering time, organising local initiatives, or championing awareness campaigns. It’s part of who we are: a group that leads with integrity, operates with care, and gives with heart.

OUR INCLUSIVE, DIVERSE WORKFORCE

Reflecting the Communities We Serve

Through our Reconciliation Action Plan (2023–2026), we’re taking meaningful steps to strengthen cultural understanding and create opportunity for First Nations Peoples.
We’re also proud to support inclusive employment initiatives that open doors for people from all backgrounds. Closing: Diversity strengthens our teams, and reconciliation grounds our future.

RESPECTING ALL HUMAN RIGHTS

Abolition of Modern Slavery

Havencab Property Group respects the human rights and are vocal critics of modern slavery. Abolition of modern slavery and ethical sourcing are core to our business, underpinning all operations and supply chains.

To maximise positive change, we annually audit wage records of staff working on our sites; contractors and suppliers; and review our product range to ensure compliance with our Ethical Sourcing Policy.

All Havencab Property Group cleaning and facility management personnel are directly employed, ensuring direct control over ethical servicing. Over 80% of maintenance contractors servicing our asset portfolio are Australian-owned and operated, with 20% operating as part of multinational companies.

Havencab Property Group procure products from approximately 40 suppliers, with just over 70% of total supply spend within Australia. Our procurement policy demands suppliers of product manufactured overseas are vetted for modern slavery risk and ethical sourcing of labour and materials.
